Quesadillas - Choice of Chicken, Beef, Shrimp or Veggie
Your choice of Chicken, Beef, Shrimp or Veggie Quesadillas. All our Quesadillas start with our Chipotle Cream then Your Choice of Protien which is Grilled with Peppers & Onions mixed with Monterey Jack Cheese and Grilled. Served with our Homemade Salsa & Sour Cream.
All our Items (except salads) are Commercially Vacuum Sealed to lock in the Freshness which will last in the Refrigerator for 10 days providing the seal has not been compromised. If you wanted you can freeze the items in the Bags they come in and will not get Freezer Burn.
To HEAT you just need to get a pot of Hot Water and Bring it to a Boil...then turn down to simmer. Place your Vacuum Sealed Bag(s) that you want heated in the hot water. You want to bring your food up to at least 165 degrees F. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes for most items. Larger/Thicker Items such as a 1/2 Baked Chicken I recommend leaving it in the hot water bath for at least 15-20 minutes. If they stay in the water longer you have nothing to worry about as they will not over cook and dry out due to our vacuum packaging. We designed this system to keep it easy for our guests with no clean up to deal with...you simply remove your items in the bag(s) from the hot water....cut open the bag...I like using siccors...and slide the food out onto a plate...then enjoy your meal!
Another method is the Microwave. Basically the same principle. All our bags and containers are BP free and Safe for use in a Microwave. You simply cut or make a small hole / incision in the bag and place it in your microwave. Most items take 2-3 Minutes in the microwave. Once heated simply cut open the bag(s) and put on a plate...eat and enjoy. The best part...no clean up!!!
Other guests that enjoy cooking have shared with me they put some items in the oven....for example our most popular item...the Crab Cakes. Most items can be reheated in the over but you MUST REMOVE IT FROM THE BAG...place the food on a Sheet Pan or something similar...heat in an Oven at 350 degrees F until item reaches a safe temperature of 165 degrees F.
