How Our Made-to-Order Meal Delivery Works

It's as simple as 1...2...3!

Choose Your Items

Receive Your Items

Every week we create fresh new menu items and post them for your pleasure and review.  All you have to do is order the items you want and click on the day you want them delivered!

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or concerns.

Your Items will be delivered between 430 pm to 630 pm.  If you won't be at home please leave a cooler at your front door and we will place your order in the cooler with ice.

Just HEAT & EAT!

All food items are commercially vacuum sealed to maintain the quality and freshness.

You can heat your food in the vacuum sealed bags in the microwave or in a pot of boiling water.

When using a microwave, cut a small hole in the bag to keep it from bursting open.  Heat for approximately 2 to 2.5 minutes for most microwaves or until hot (165 degrees F)

Or you can bring a large pot of water to a boil, turn it down to simmer, and place the bags in the hot water for 5 to 8 minutes or until hot (165 degrees F)

Receiving Your Items

If you don't have a cooler we can provide you with an insulated box to place the food in...the same insulated box that is used when shipping food items.  The box is reusable and can be used for future deliveries.

We recycle as much as possible trying to do our part to keep our waste foot print down.  If you like you can purchase the box at our cost of $9.  It folds nicely and can be put in a closet until your next delivery!

Vacuum sealing holds in the moisture, juices, and flavor of the food. You’ll notice the difference in taste.  Pull it out a few weeks later for a meal that tastes fresh like it was just made.

Vacuum sealing removes most of the oxygen, preventing chemical reactions triggered by oxygen that causes food to spoil. It also prevents bacteria buildup that can cause spoilage in foods.  Vacuum sealing not only keeps food from spoiling, it keeps fats in the food from going rancid, keeps foods from changing color as they often do in the freezer, and prevents them from getting a slimy film or bad odor.

Vacuum sealers preserve food by preventing the growth of mold or bacteria. Vacuum sealing deprives your food of oxygen. Mold and bacteria cannot grow without oxygen.

The vacuum bag keeps your food from contact with the air, so moisture cannot evaporate, making it an excellent barrier from the elements.  Vacuum sealing protects food from dehydration and freezer burn. Freezer burn occurs when water gets into your food.  If you wanted, you could place your meals in the freezer for a future date as the vacuum sealed bags are freezer safe.
