Due to staffing shortages and overwhelming business with
our Catering Company (Epicurean Catering Company)
I do not expect to relaunch Chef's Gourmet Market
until this Summer when Catering Business slows down a bit.
If I cannot keep serving our customers with the same food quality & standards
they have been used to then I would rather wait to reopen.
It only takes one bad meal to loose a great customer.
